I decided to go for a run this morning instead of going to the gym. Andrew decided he'd come too and forced the teen boy to come with us. I set the pace, otherwise I'd have lasted about 5 minutes!

Andrew and I managed just over 8k, at my pace and with a few short walk breaks, but Iain went his own way, taking shortcuts.

Bella disappeared just before we got back to the car and reappeared absolutely dripping wet with yet another football.
