My saviour..

This is a brilliant towel.  You wet it, wring it out, then holding it lengthways, snap it a couple of times and it goes ice cold.  The clever bit is when it looses its coldness, snap it again and it goes cold.

It has been so hot this week that I have taken to wearing it round my neck to cool me off.
