Bamburgh

This incredible castle stands in the sand dunes right next to the beach.
I never tire of looking at it, and I had it to myself this evening, except for a lone fisherman.
On the way home a deer ran out into the road and disappeared into the dunes. The lanes were full of little bats as well doing their zig zag flying which was rather nice.

I have been to see the boys again today at the RVI and they are looking better each time. They are in their disco cots, aka UV light, to prevent them from becoming jaundiced. George took a bit more notice of them today which is just as well seeing as they will be coming home with him before long!
Dry day but not much sun.
