Fireworks 2015

We opted to not fight the crowds and parking this year to try to see the local fireworks.  My wife recently had knee surgery and we didn't want to put the still tender knee through the work involved in staking out a spot.  We did however get treated to a few "private" displays in and around the neighborhood.  With the tripod set up on the front porch I managed to grab this shot of some flares over the neighbors rooftop.

Short day of work today.  Even though the office was closed I went in for a few hours this morning to catch up on some paperwork.  Then it was home for some yard work and pool time to kick off the holiday weekend. :)
