Slugs, slugs everywhere

This is just one of the many many slugs all over the place here.  The ground is so wet there are slugs and little snails everywhere.  Yuck.

We spent a good part of the day visiting with my father in the hospital - he's been in since Wednesday and is doing well.  He should be heading back to his apartment in the next few days, his pneumonia is clearing up and now he needs to concentrate on getting stronger, so physical therapy is at the top of the list.
