A drink of the local tipple ...

Anna (4) is experiencing many firsts on this holiday. For a start, she hiked for an hour to get to this spot - the second such hike in 24 hours. She has encountered clegs and midges and has the little pink dots to prove it. She has jumped like a little kangaroo from one rock to another to cross a brown-flowing burn; she has sat on a neoprene mat on wet grass and made herself small to hide from the rain.

And here for the first time she is drinking water straight from the North Glen Sannox burn and finding it wonderful.
