A hair's breadth from chaos?

Well that is the strategy with the cottage garden.  But it tends to go awry if you then go off and leave it for two weeks of warmer, but occasionally wet weather!  The you get the full craziness!

I don't mind.  Over the next few days I will work hard to whip it back into near-chaos.
