Orion 5

Today was my 3rd race in a week and 1st of 2 in 2 days.
You'd think I'd be good at it by now !!

Today's race was the Orion 5 which is 5 hilly miles through Epping Forest in Chingford on a sweltering hot day.

I'm No 546....as you can probably tell, hot sun and me aren't the best bedfellows!
