After the Wedding…

The breakfast at Waddow Hall was stupendous. Fried everything in great quantity and good quality too. There were healthier choices as well but I didn’t investigate those in detail.
After breakfast we cleared away all the decorations we’d set up two days earlier and then moved out into the sunshine and watched the young guys playing football and wandered the gardens and along the River Ribble.
After that we drove off to Clitheroe and walked upto the castle to pick up the bunting we’d left there for the actual wedding ceremoney.  It was gloriously warm and I took the opportunity to take this picture over the rooftops of Clitheroe with Pendle in the background and those lovely cumulus clouds in the sky..
Shortly after we drove back to Blackburn and into (more normal) rainy weather!
