All Greek to me

We walked into Carlisle today and went for our dinner in a Greek restaurant (a nice change from the constant diet of chips we seem to have had over the last week). On the wall was this blackboard featuring various Greek mathematicians, writers and others. The geometry and the names were OK but we puzzled over the quotations - they were all Greek to us! 

Just one more day to go until the end of the walk.
