Puffins

I got the bus to Birsay and walked down the Marwick road. There didn't seem to be much in the way of birds at Marwick but then I saw a gull screeching and dive-bombing something. I got the binoculars onto the spot and could just see an otter which seemed to be feeding behind a rock. I tried to get a better view but it disappeared. Up on the cliffs were lots of people and a few puffins as well as hundreds of razorbill, thousands of guillemot, great skuas, arctic skuas, gannets, etc.
