She did it!

I went to watch my old netball team play their match since I miss playing so much. Unfortunately I haven't played again since being pregnant with the twins. It was very good to see and I'm a little inspired to start getting fit again so I can start playing again.  Afterwards I took the girls to practice on the bike.  Mr D also joined us.  
Big A surprise us and was cycling for the first time.  I think some competition from the younger sister might have encourage her.  Big E need some more practice.  They also had swimming lessons today therefore sound asleep as they looked exhausted.
