Butterflies and birds

On my dog walk this morning I was a butterfly chaser! As soon as I got close to these they moved! The first is a speckled wood, and the other I think is a meadow brown, but happy to be corrected!
The birds on the other hand, which normally I can't catch stood still, not a great picture of a goldfinch, but getting there!
