Wingeing Tradesmen

Report in the local paper today about tradesmen copping parking fines and how unfair it is - they want extended permits so they can get on with their job. Before councils even take this seriously I think nurses should be first on the list of exempt people - they constantly have to leave patients to move cars and have to park in faraway dangerous to get to at night places. We can't even get the council to provide a disabled parking space outside a medical centre
