On the mend...

Well, the hospital diagnosis was either a viral infection or food poisoning. I suspect the viral infection. All I'm sure of is that I feel rather skinny after my 24 hour vomit fest!

I feel rather tender and weak today. I managed a quick trip to Tesco, but the rest of the day has been spent in bed. This has been my view.
