PJ Boy

This wee lad has been suffering a man-flu. Feverish and most unhappy. Much more chirpy today, but still just wanted to spend the day in his pyjamas.

It was cold and grey and wet, so we decided he might as well. ;-)

I went for another run, this time on the roads. Calves still letting me know about it, but overall better. Still getting too out-of-breath, too fast, but I'll get there. I did 4 1/2 km in an enjoyable - though knackering - 26 minutes.

Meanwhile the kids played video games...
