Persian Stew

I don't know if you watched the latest Nigel Slater series about food from around the world here in the UK. I watched the stew one. I love a stew. One of the stews fetuses was from Persia. It sounded simple and it was so I thought I would give it a go. We couldn't find Pomegranate molasses so I boiled the walnuts in pomegranate juice drink instead of water. It was quite sweet but nice and I like to try something different
