Noo wore this shirt for sports day today. He won all of his running races!!! That's my boy!! (He also got his dinner all over his shirt. His father's son....!)

The shirt is, incidentally, an antique!!! It was bought for one of my nephews, Joel, who will be 20 next week!

I'm supposed to be working a night shift at the old place, but I have cancelled it as my back still isn't good! I have a day off tomorrow and I intend to spend it laying down....
