Boughton-on-the-Water

I spent the day up at the football stadium for a conference. It was so hot outside, but I was shivering inside as the air con was up so high! I welcomed the warmth from outside when I sat in the stands in the breaks. As soon as the conference ended I was on holiday time, and quickly got back to my Mum's for a quick tea before we hit the road for our journey to Boughton-on-the-water. The roads were kind to us, and surprisingly empty, but it was a bit further than I'd anticipated. We arrived just in time for a walk along the stream and a refreshing orange and lemonade before bed.
