Everyone likes orange flowers
The view of the brick wall from my bedroom window in St Lucia wasn't so inspiring. However one of the trailing plants that grew along the fence had the most beautiful orange flowers in the winter which were a source of nectar to various sunbirds as well as being a favoured snack of the local vervet monkeys. I was far happier to see them eating flowers rather than raiding the bins or, as happened a couple of times, coming into the cottage and helping themselves to my fruit!
