Waiting for the Son

Slow West: Jay eventually learns what it is to be a man in an unyielding world. Well, that sounds the sort of film that would be good to watch with the son, does it not? Once he turns up, that is. Obv. And what a cracking film it is too. A proper western with an array of characters to match, a strong central relationship, big scenery and some lovely gun fetishing. Blast!
After that it had to be a curry with a couple of beers. So it was! A very enjoyable natter. And enjoyable paneer too.
