Pampering!

I went to our local Health 'n' Beauty Spa today to retrieve the voucher I had been kindly given by a work colleague as a retirement present.  I had a fantastic facial .....  to revolutionise mature (old), tired, dehydrated and sun damaged skin - suited me well then and Laura, my Therapist has the best massage hands ever and I was away with the fairies for over an hour - I now feel revolutionised, with younger looking skin which glows  - Mr T came home from the Gliding Club but didn't appear to notice any difference??!!

Off to Cornwall tomorrow for a whole 3 weeks - to get even more sun damage, hopefully.!!

(NB  I do wear sun screen, of course.)
