Elders

I watched these two gentlemen for quite a time, having some kind of discussion which at one point seemed to get quite animated, umbrella and rolled-up newspaper being waved around a lot, albeit in a very gentle way. If there was disagreement, though, it was expressed in a very dignified and respectful fashion. I hoped to find a moment to interrupt but it never arrived. I got distracted talking to someone else and by the time we'd finished they had gone.
