Chippy on the Rise

I was sad to see that while I had been away, the wet fish shop in Kensal Rise has closed down and the 'posh' butcher carrying limited stock.

I am guessing that most people in my area who could afford to shop there chose Waitrose or an Ocado delivery instead as it's more convenient to do a whole shop in one go rather than make a special trip into the 'village'.

The chippy however always does great trade. I can't think of anyone who doesn't fancy a bag of fish and chips now and again.
