Wide Wednesday: Close

'Close' proved to be a difficult theme and had me stretching my brain and still it proved illusive!

In the end I've gone with this shot of a little group of pigeons sitting close. This is a courtyard area behind Target and we walk through here every morning. Usually there are about 50 birds lined up on that roof, but today there were only these few sitting 'close' together. That little white dot above them is the moon!

My Tiny Tuesday macro mystery from yesterday is revealed in my extra today! Nobody came close to what it really was - just a clear plastic bag with a drop of water!! Amazing how different things look in macro! It was a lot of fun. Big thanks to Walking Wombat for this thoroughly enjoyable task!! :o)

Clear blue skies for most of the day and freezing cold, well 16c top is freezing to us! :). Going down to 2c overnight brrrrr!!!
