Evening light ...

on the honeysuckle after a day of sunshine and showers and quite a strong breeze at times.  Mr MC and I managed to do some gardening today: well to be truthful, he did some very heavy digging while I finally managed to plant up the containers on our front door step!

This afternoon Violet and her mummy popped round to see us.  She is 13 months old today so I took pictures as I always do on her month anniversaries.  You can see a shot of her in today's extras.

Also included is a view of the poppy that featured in yesterday's Mystery Macro challenge.  My choice was far too easy for the  seasoned gardeners amongst you but I do think that poppy centre is  rather beautiful and fascinating to look at.
