Ghost Bird?

I had to stay at the beach for the sunset tonight. It was pink to the south and yellow, orange & red to the west over the ocean. I didn't see the bird, but there is a bird in this picture, or the ghost of a bird?????

Portland is going to get cooler soon, so I am heading back home. Hubby said the yard was okay, but one of my drip system didn't work perfectly so the basil wasn't looking too good. Oh well, it could be worse.
