"Abstract Thursday" - Paint residues

Those blippers with young children or grandkids may think that a toddler has been scribbling on this wood with a wax crayon. This would be a very sensible deduction, judging by my memories of our kids' misdemeanours when they were little.

However the pattern is of my own doing - it's the result of my burning and scraping the paint off the door of which I blipped a macro photo on Tuesday. My primitive (and unintentional!) artistic efforts will soon be hidden from sight for ever when I apply the primer and then the new paint, so saving them for posterity as my first ever submission to "Abstract Thursday" seemed a reasonable idea!!   :)
