A silver wedding gift 23 years ago next week and, despite being battered in the wind and rain last week, it still looks glorious.

A lovely cycle this morning round the North Inch, up to Almondbank and back, followed by lunch at Gloagburn helped fortify me for an afternoon of paperwork and being on hold to HMRC for 55 minutes - with no apology when they eventually took my call - always a delight to call them ;-)
