Summer grey

My blip is of the ironwork at the entrance to Greyfriars Church, which I pass on my walk to work each day. I like the contrast of grey and blue here ;-)

I spent my day writing: finishing a 116-page draft project report, then continuing work on a grant proposal.

Exercise today: morning running loop, 10  minutes of rowing, sit-ups, weights and 11,035 steps.
