Thursday: Palace Hotel

There was the almighty thunderstorm last night at about 3 am.  The thunderclaps were pretty impressive.  So today it was a bit damp and the temperatures had dropped by about 10 degrees to a reasonable mid-twenties.

Consequently, my coffee appointment was moved inside to the Palace Hotel - a nice, sedate place that takes me back to another world.
