Spinnaker Tower

To Portsmouth today as I am visitin the Uni as an External Examiner for their Ug Real Estate and QS courses. I met up for lunch with my old friend Andy Packer who works there. We had a lovely lunch ovrlooking the harbour including views of some of the America's Cup yachts. Beautiful weather. and a great deal of controversy as to what colour to paint the Spinnaker Tower now that it is being sponsored by Emirates (unfortunately red and white - the colours of arch rivals Southampton)
