Scarecrows

This morning I drove home from Worthing, had a shower, and did a bit of work before heading off for a meeting in Croydon.

That work consisted of some email and a few 'phone calls. As the signal in my folks' house isn't great, I usually go out into the garden, and wander 'round as I talk.

On this occasion I walked down the lawn, and through the line of trees to my dad's vegetable plot. That's where I cam across these three fellows, whom I haven't seen before: the world's unscariest scarecrows :-)

In a neat bit of symmetry I took the x26 bus again, today. Yesterday, I went to one end of the route, Heathrow, and today I went to the other, Croydon. </busnerd>
