CAKES

Last batch in....have made 20 chocolate cupcakes, 2 Victoria sponges....both to be decorated with strawberries! Also made a batch of sausage rolls.

On course today...some of it interesting, some boring!!! A colleague and I came up with a great design for a computerised progress tracker for SEN children...sent text to very clever IT man...it was like Dragons Den...that was until I mentioned it to the course leader who thought it was such a good idea that they would speak totheir current supplier of tracking and see if they can do this for the whole borough to purchase!!!! Oh well no early retirement or villa in the sun for me!!!:(

HAPPY....The Rev came home early and for time to cook.
