10K Year 2

I've signed up to do the BUPA Great Edinburgh 10K Run this year, again, with Claire. We ran it last year, but we didn't really train for it.

This year, we want to make a proper effort and get a decent time. Just need to fit in the running in between all our shifts... might not be easy!
