Haydarpasa train station is still a target for greedy people of Istanbul. They wanted to convert it in a otel. Public awareness stopped it for now. Let's see its destiny which is very much linked to ISTANBUL.

Info:Istanbul was the capital of the Ottoman Empire as well as the largest city in the empire. Istanbul was a major economic and cultural hub however had no rail links, so in 1871 Sultan Abdulaziz ordered a rail line to be built from Haydarpasa to İzmit.
