Cry me a River

This is the City of Inverness the Gaelic name is Inbhir Nis meaning Mouth of the River Ness. Loch Ness contains more fresh water than the lakes of England and Wales combined in it's 23mile length. The present Red Sandstone Castle was built in 1830's it is now home to the Sherrif Court. Mary Queen of Scots ordered the hanging of the Governor of Inverness Castle because the Governor did not permit the Queen to enter the Burgh. Inverness is one of Europe's fastest growing cities.
