Hydrangea after rain

I love the globules of water on the little filaments of this lacecap hydrangea which brightens a sunken patio. The further north the more sun hydrangeas need and can withstand. As I live in the cooler climes of Glasgow the two potted hydrangeas grow beautifully trained against a wall  in full sun - that is, when we see the sun!
