Not sure

What this is called a good freind gave me a cutting years ago. It's from Italy. And it stays out all winter . To take cuttings you just break a bit off and it's done . Flowers straight away. I have given so much away it's a lovely plant . loves the sun like our one . But this goes through the winter no problem .
