Sheffield

Had the best night's sleep I've had for months in the darkness and quiet of my friend's house on the moors... Out and down the Rivelin valley to Sheffield, and was in the middle of the city within 20 minutes. Spent the day working on moderating applications for the Geographical Association's award for excellent Primary geography teaching. Home once the meeting was over - a quick journey. A long day.
