The view from our balcony in Fussen, southern Germany.  We're here once again for a curling competition, this time to celebrate 40 years of curling at Fussen.  Fussen is the centre of training and teaching curling in Europe.  Teams from around Europe come here for coaching and this weekend 26 teams from 5 countries will take part in the competition.  Looking at the list of teams and skips, every team but ours contains curlers who are world renowned for their skill. We're not phased by this; we're just here for the enjoyment and hope to win at least one end in every game.  I think I posted a very similar view when we were last here in September 2014.
