Watching the boats

We had a glorious run up to Ullapool today and I've had to choose from over 100 photographs I took on the way!

We had to wait while the swing bridge at the top end of Loch Oich opened to let a few boats through, including this Grimsby fishing boat. A long way from home!

We stayed at a guest house on the edge of Ullapool where my daughter and I had stayed several years ago - I can recommend Dromnan House!

The town was looking wonderful in the evening light!
