Surprise Find

I bought a cushion at a charity shop a bit ago. I took of the cover to wash it and found this underneath. Much more exciting. It now sits on an old school chair (rescued many years ago from my kids infant school - St Christopher's in Epsom) under the stairs. I have Googled 5379 Broadway but this doesnt add any useful info.
