Gone

Bracknell is having a major regeneration of it's town. The actual shopping area is a bit of a ghost town, boards up all over the place with building works going on behind it. One major landmark of the area was the 3M building, but with the company moving out and being left to be vandalised for many years, it has been purchased and currently being transformed into ............ flats. Back in April the demolition was going well and here you can see the end of that. It's been like watching a snail slowly nibbling at a huge leaf! (This is the view from the Waitrose car park).

Today - visit, trip to a Police station, lunch on the go, another visit, and a brief goodbye to one of our lovely colleagues. She is going off on adoption leave, so exciting for her - things will have changed soooo much when she returns! Wishing her much love and happiness with her new addition to the family :o)
