Training for holiday

Two weeks tonight we should be in Spain so it seemed only right that we start the training programme to acclimatise ourselves. Dave and Alan were on the San Miguel,  and I opted for the Stella Cidre. It was tough, but I think we made some progress, and hopefully we should be in peak condition by the time we get to Mijas.
