Two Thirds Done

The last time I posted a photograph of the new Millennium Tower being built a few blocks away from us in Boston, it was the end of March, and the new floors were just rising above the roof of the old Filene's building.  Three months later, and you can see significant progress has been made!  We estimate that by the time it is finished, the tower will be as tall as the top of the crane currently on the roof -- some 60 stories above the ground.  The tower will consist of 442 luxury condominiums ranging in price between $850,000 and $37,500,000.  That hefty eight figure price tag buys you the entire top floor to call your humble abode, but don't dilly dally ... almost all of the residences have already been purchased!
