A Mini-Blip Meet

Slight panic last night when Blip disappeared and still wasn't up and functioning properly first thing this morning.  I did wonder if they were upgrading servers/doing maintenance work.  Plenty of chatter on Facebook.  Thank goodness all seems well now.

JJ was supposed to go to Surrey today, but things didn't go to plan so he came with me to the Linford Art Centre in Milton Keynes to see an exhibition of local photographers, including blippers Anniemay and Lizw.

Lots of lovely pictures around the room and books to view along with electronic picture albums.  So many ideas to take on board and give inspiration.

Igor dropped in to support Anniemay and more importantly buy JJ and I a coffee and hot chocolate out of his "small change" doorstop.  You will have to look at his blip for yesterday to understand.

Good to catch up with them and have a guided tour of the back of Pete Winkleman's manor, a few houseboats on the canal and watch a lone swan chasing ducks away from its nest.

I don't the know the history of this building but think it was the Great Linford schoolhouse and it's where the exhibition was held.  It's a fascinating part of MK and needs revisiting.
