Tea at Selfridges

Not a great pic as a waitress took this and on closer inspection it's not sharp! Plus I have horrible tan marks from a car boot sale a month ago. Hence the b&w image!

So this lovely lady pictured here is a good friend whom I've known since we were 14. We met on a summer camp in Holland. She lived in London while I grew up in Brum. But we remained close friends until I eventually moved to London only for her to get married and go to Australia!!!! (I was her official photographer for her wedding). She was only to stay there for two years but some 20 odd years later she's still there!

It was great to catch up and sans kids too! Tea at Selfridges was a treat for us too. It was all so civilised. And managed not to go shopping in the kitchen department which I love when I go to Selfridges! But I have to say I'm glad I don't go into London too often on a busy Saturday afternoon. Sheesh it was manic!
