Afternoon at the Canal

We went to the Caledonian Canal this afternoon for a walk along the towpath. It was very busy with yachts and canoes going by and walkers and joggers and lots of cyclists on the path. We sat and watched three Buzzards flying around for a good half hour and then on the walk back, for the first time up here I saw a pair of Swifts. They are very fast and although I snatched a couple of photos they weren't really sharp. I will have to practice!
