Walk at Henley

Another day, another walk.   I met up with an old friend this afternoon and we went on a super walk through the countryside at Henley and Witnesham (Suffolk).   This picture is of the wheat fields and that gorgeous blue sky with those lovely fluffy clouds.   Neither of us anticipated the sun being as hot as it was, we were unprepared and are both wilting now as the walk was about four miles!     I had to call in at my sons to reunite a favourite jacket with it's rightful owner (Alfie) and I was invited to stay for dinner which was both very welcome and delicious.
